Traditionally Crafted Leather Goods
Traditionally crafted leather goods to me means creating items with techniques close to, or similar to leather craft traditions that have been passed on for generations. The result is a beautiful item that can’t be found just anywhere.
This is not to sound fancy or better then. This is how I have learnt my craft and it is what I resonate with the most when I make a leather item.
The pleasure and satisfaction in the pursuit of great work is what I put into every item I design and make.

Learning from the Best
I have spent the last year and half learning from my online leather craft mentor Nigel Armitage. Through his Secrets of the Workshop online training community, he teaches traditional leather craft techniques that are the very same methods passed down in history. The result is a finely crafted leather item that is unlike anything on the store shelf or from the general online shops.

Hand Stitching all Goods
I love hand stitching. I enjoy doing it and the creation process is very satisfying. The holes line up, the leather just folds into place around the corner gusset, and the thread is unique to the saddle stitch only. This is the traditional way of stitching leather items and it is a super strong stitch. Each hole is created with a stitching “fork” and creates the lovely slanted stitch indicative of the saddle stitch.
Every item I create is hand stitched, yes even bags and belts. This takes a longer time but once you see the result you will see there is no comparison.
Precision and Detail
Each item is cut and crafted with care and love like it is my own item that I am making for myself. I want you to really enjoy this one-of-a-kind item so I make every effort to produce a beautiful leather piece you’ll love and use for years.
Beautiful Italian Leather
A leather item is only as good as the materials that are used to make it and it’s nice to have a selection of colours to choose from. I stock 6 colours that you can choose from world famous Italian tannery Conceria Walpier. This is a beautiful leather that is tough and semi-rigid with a wonderful character.
Braided Thread is Tough and Looks Great
To match the hand stitching technique and look I use braided polyester thread made in Germany. It has been the staple in leather work for many years. This thread lays flat and looks great. I stock 12 colours so you can customize your item with thread colour if you prefer to.
